HUGS is licensed nonprofit 501c3 organization registered to operate in Ohio. We have operated in Hamilton since 2012.  We have installed dozens of organic urban gardens, participated in farmers markets, and partnered with local schools, community agencies, universities, and civic organizations. In 2015, HUGS moved the community garden to its current location, at 545 S. Front Street.  The garden sits on 2.3 acres of land, in the Riverview neighborhood of Hamilton. This area is a designated food desert.

HUGS’ donates fresh produce to individuals, families, food pantries, community meal centers, and food rescue organizations.
